Calendar of events
Our calendar of events for 2011 is now available online.
Healthy Active Kids
We have Healthy Active Kids in the centre on a weekly basis. This program is conducted by a qualified physical trainer and incorporates physical exercise as well as discussion about nutrition and the way our body works.
Tennis
Professional tennis lessons are available weekly.
Genki Japanese
Our Genki Japanese lessons take place each Tuesday and Thursday.
Educational children’s shows
Each year we organize a number of educational shows to come to Kool Kids Mermaid Waters.
Shows vary from puppet shows, musical performances, magic shows, farm animals, pony rides, story-telling, hands-on experiences, cultural shows and an Easter show.
Excursions
As part of children’s programs and experiences, the centre will sometimes arrange excursions within the community. Parents will receive written information including an itinerary outlining the reasons for the excursion or any activity in which children are taken off the premises of Kool Kids Mermaid Waters.
Birthdays
We welcome the opportunity to be a part of your child’s birthday celebrations. Birthdays are special times and the centre would love to share this time with your child. You may like to send a cake to be shared by your child’s group, to help celebrate the occasion.
Cultural and religious celebrations
The program incorporates activities, stories, rhymes, music, and food that acknowledge the many important cultural and religious events celebrated by children attending Kool Kids Mermaid Waters and the wider community.
Professional photographs
We have a yearly booking for professional photographs for each individual child and class photos.
