Curriculum

GENKI Japanese units consist of a fundamental set of study materials that are utilized during our lessons. These are:

• Target vocabulary lists
• Straight visual components – discovery picture cards 
• Musical components
• Interactive online components

The homestudy materials within each unit will be presented online so as to provide our Kool Kids parents the ability to review and interact with GENKI Japanese and the new discoveries of their children.

Hiromi Sensei

Hello Parents and Children, my name is Hiromi Koike. I am from a place just north of Tokyo called Ibaraki. I now live in Australia with my partner and work at Kool Kids.

In 1998 I started studying childcare. I love children and feel privileged to watch them grow and learn.

I am so pleased to teach your children Japanese language.  Your feedback and support is welcomed and I encourage you to be involved in your child’s education.  Maybe you can pick up some Japanese skills yourself!
