What happens after the tour?<\/h2>\n

After your tour, our Family Support Team will be available to guide you through the enrolment process and address any further questions you may have.<\/p>\n

If you find that the centre you have toured is the best fit for your child and there are available vacancies, our Family Support Team will guide you through the enrolment process and assist with the necessary paperwork before your child’s start date.<\/p>\n

Availability and waitlists<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our centres accept childcare applications for future enrolments, and placements are offered as they become available. Your chosen centre will also invite you back for Stay and Play sessions, allowing your family to start building a supportive and collaborative relationship that will continue throughout your child\u2019s early education and care journey with us.<\/p>\n

If a centre is currently full in your child\u2019s age group, our Family Support Team will add your child\u2019s name to our waitlist. We will then contact you as soon as places become available. We also perform monthly check-ins to review availability, and you will receive a text message each month confirming if you\u2019re still happy to remain on the waitlist. When spots become vacant, we will call you with the good news! Prepare the enrolment paperwork<\/h2>\n

Once your child has been given a place at one of our child care and early education centres, our Family Support Team will contact you to start the enrolment process at your chosen centre. Your family will be asked to complete the enrolment form and submit this back to our Family Support Team.<\/p>\n
